MOESC 

Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC) is a public educational agency, established under New Jersey Statute Title 18A, providing programs and services to school districts and collaborating with other Commissions throughout the state of New Jersey. MOESC leverages the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program to offer specific state contracts to eligible local businesses and vendors.
