Cooperative Construction Contract for Oklahoma Public Agencies
The Oklahoma Purchasing System (“TOPS”) is a Cooperative Purchasing Program established under the Oklahoma Interlocal Cooperation Act, Title 74 O.S. § 1001, et seq. It is utilized by member schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other government entities as authorized by each’s jurisdictional legal requirements. Atoka Public Schools, located in Atoka, Oklahoma, is the lead government agency for the cooperative.
